Why ACRC

Established in 2005, our company continues the market research and public relations activities originally started by Novior Agency in 1992.

By combining four key elements represented by Analysis – Consulting – Research – Communication (analysis, marketing consulting, market research and PR communication) we deliver a full portfolio of services ensuring correct internal and external communication, relevant information about customers, competitors, partners and market as well as decisions made on the basis of comprehensive information.

Listening

We listen carefully to our customer’ s needs. It is essential for us to also understand the unspoken. Only a transparent assignment can lead to a quality delivered project.

Coverage (network)

Our CAPI interviewer network covers the whole territory of Slovakia taking into account regional representation and the size of a residence. Our CAPI network counts 195 active interviewers. This represents an industry-standard in CATI and CAWI methodologies.

Special samples and data collection

Our coverage with trained and experienced network allows us to perform demanding data collection for special target groups, e.g. physicians, B2B research or apply FGD or CLT methodologies in smaller non-traditional towns.

Speed

We always work to keep the agreed deadlines. Timing is set to meet the customer’s requirements. We act quickly and flexibly to meet our customer’s requirements.

Flexibility
